| 5 | | must be made, within a school district's ability, to make the |
| 6 | | emergency and crisis response plans available to first |
| 7 | | responders, administrators, and teachers for implementation |
| 8 | | and utilization through the use of electronic applications on |
| 9 | | handheld and mobile electronic devices, including, but not |
| 10 | | limited to, smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers.".
