Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Human Rights Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Human Rights Commission for the objects and purposes hereinafter enumerated:

Payable from General Revenue Fund:

For State Contributions to Social Security....... 101,000
For Contractual Services......................... 132,200
For Travel......................................... 5,400
For Commodities.................................... 5,800
For Printing....................................... 1,700
For Equipment...................................... 4,300
For Electronic Data Processing..................... 2,100
For Telecommunications Services................... 14,900
Total $1,587,600
Section 5. The sum of $249,400, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Human Rights Commission for the Illinois Torture Inquiry Relief Commission.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.
