SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Loretta F. Marren of Waukegan, who passed 
4away on November 29, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Loretta Marren was born in Chicago to Hugo and 
6Catherine Frankel and moved to Waukegan in 1974; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Loretta Marren worked as a legal secretary in 
8Waukegan for over 35 years; and

  
 
9    WHEREAS, Loretta Marren was preceded in death by her 
10parents, Hugo and Catherine (nee Fanning) Frankel; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Loretta Marren is survived by her daughter, Janet 
12(Chris) Crnich; her son, John Marren; her sisters, Margaret 
13(the late Charles) May and Catherine (the late John) Duff; her 
14brothers, Robert (Dorothy) Frankel, William (Anita) Frankel, 
15Lawrence (Mary) Frankel, and Howard Frankel; her 
16brother-in-law, George (the late Mary) Berndt; and many 
17cousins, nieces, and nephews, and greatnieces and nephews; 
18therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1Loretta Marren, and we extend our sincere condolences to her 
2family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
3further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
