SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Tadeusz S. "Ted" Forys, who passed away 
4on January 5, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Tadeusz Forys was a founding member of the 33rd 
6Ward Regular Democratic Organization; he was also a member of 
7Union Local #1255 AFL-CIO, the Polish National Alliance, and 
8the Polish American Action Committee; and

  
 
9    WHEREAS, Tadeusz Forys was the loving husband of 
10Bronislawa; the devoted father of Stanley, Victor (Anna) Forys, 
11M.D., and the late Sophie; the dear grandfather of Tamara, 
12Olivia, Sylvia, and Philip; the great-grandfather of Evangelo 
13and Emilia; and the cherished brother of the late Carl Forys, 
14Sofia Grzybala, and Kazimiera Danek; therefore, be it
  
 
15    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
16ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
17his family and friends, the passing of Tadeusz S. "Ted" Forys; 
18and be it further
  
 
19    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
20presented to the family of Tadeusz Forys as an expression of 
21our sympathy.
