| 5 | | Abruscato (nee Heidersbach); loving father of Anthony (Sam |
| 6 | | Griffith) Abruscato and Valerie (Scott) Gross; dear Papa of |
| 7 | | Nicholas and Jackson; dear brother of Mary Claypool and the |
| 8 | | late John (the late Josie), Joe (the late Virginia), Nick (the |
| 9 | | late Francis), Leo (the late Helen), Tony (Pauline) Abruscato, |
| 10 | | and Angie (the late Orlando) Miraldi; and fond uncle of many; |
| 11 | | therefore, be it

| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 14 | | Mario Abruscato, and we extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 15 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
