| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Patricia J. Swiontek of Niles, formerly |
| 4 | | of Edison Park; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Swiontek served as a healthcare |
| 6 | | administrator at Resurrection Hospital and Lieberman Health |
| 7 | | Care; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Swiontek was a member of Saint Juliana |
| 9 | | Parish for 56 years; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Swiontek enjoyed spending time with her |
| 11 | | dog, Precious, playing bridge, cooking, and gardening; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Swiontek was the beloved wife of Clarence |
| 13 | | J. Swiontek, Jr. for 61 years; she was also the loving mother |
| 14 | | of Tom (Johanna), Terry (Michael) Mascenic, Tim (Chris), |
| 15 | | Charlie (Donna), Tracy (Carol), and Leo (Dee) Swiontek; the |
| 16 | | proud grandmother of 13; and the great-grandmother of 4; |
| 17 | | therefore, be it

| 18 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 19 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 20 | | her family and friends, the passing of Patricia J. Swiontek; |
