| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Kathryn "Kit" Fulgenzi of Wilmette; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, Kathryn Fulgenzi was the beloved wife of Giovanni |
| 5 | | Fulgenzi; the loving mother of Thomas Christopher "TC" Allen; |
| 6 | | the fond sister of Edwin McMahon; the devoted daughter of |
| 7 | | Marguerite and Edwin McMahon, Sr.; and the dear aunt and cousin |
| 8 | | of many; therefore, be it

| 9 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 10 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 11 | | his family and friends, the passing of Kathryn "Kit" Fulgenzi; |
| 12 | | and be it further
