SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Charles "Chuck" H. Cincebox of Plainview, 
4who passed away on May 16, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox served our country with pride 
6during the Korean War; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox worked as a coal miner for 44 
8years; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox was a former member of the United 
10States Trotting Association and Who's Who of America; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox was preceded in death by his 
12parents, Glenn and Gussie Cincebox, and his brothers, Gordon, 
13Donald, and Bobby; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Charles Cincebox is survived by his wife of 58 
15years, Irene Stinnett Cincebox; his daughter, Cathy Lee; his 
16son, Donald G. G. Cincebox; his grandchildren, Samantha (Ken) 
17Spencer and Christian (Angie) Scharfenberg, who are the 
18children of Cindy Cincebox Scharfenberg; his sisters, Freida 
19Colvin and Blanche (Ben) Marbold; and his many nieces and 
20nephews; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3his family and friends, the passing of Charles "Chuck" H. 
4Cincebox; and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Charles Cincebox as an expression of 
7our sympathy.
