SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Daniel E. Bluthardt of Springfield; and
  
 
4    WHEREAS, Daniel Bluthardt was the former Director of the 
5Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for the 
6State of Illinois; he served as a political consultant for 
7Illinois Professional Strategies; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Daniel Bluthardt was a graduate of the University 
9of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta; 
10he was an active member of David J. Latoria Post No.6, Italian 
11American War Veterans of the United States; and
  
 

  
12    WHEREAS, Daniel Bluthardt was the loving husband of 
13Caroline (nee Larson); beloved father of Rocco and Amanda; dear 
14son of Edward "Sparky" and Diane Bluthardt; brother of Brent 
15(Sandra) Bluthardt; son-in-law of Barbara and John Larsen; 
16uncle of Brittany, Lauren, Sofia, Isabel, Johnny, and Joseph; 
17and brother-in-law of Jeff and Rose Larsen; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
20Daniel E. Bluthardt, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
21family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
