| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Leonard F. "Len" Prescott; and
|
| 4 | | WHEREAS, Leonard Prescott served his country as a member of |
| 5 | | the United States Navy during World War II; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Leonard Prescott was a life member of the American |
| 7 | | Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Leonard Prescott was the kind and loving husband |
| 9 | | of 68 years to Regina; the beloved father of Len, Bill (Sandy), |
| 10 | | and Jeanne (Dave); the devoted grandfather of 7; and the |
| 11 | | great-grandfather of 4; therefore, be it
|
| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 14 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Leonard F. "Len" |
| 15 | | Prescott; and be it further

| 16 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 | | presented to the family of Leonard Prescott as an expression of |
| 18 | | our sympathy.
