SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Barbara A. Schmiege of McHenry, who 
4passed away on July 31, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Barbara Schmiege was born on August 20, 1946, in 
6Madison, Wisconsin, to Clement C. and Mary Eleanor (Crowley) 
7Schmiege; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Barbara Schmiege worked for the Family Service and 
9Community Mental Health Center  in McHenry; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Barbara Schmiege enjoyed spending time with her 
11family; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Barbara Schmiege was preceded in death by her 
13parents; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Barbara Schmiege is survived by her siblings, 
15Robert (Jane) Schmiege, Mary Rocker, Patricia Schmiege, and 
16David (Karen) Schmiege; and by her nieces, nephews, 
17grandnieces, and grandnephews; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1Barbara A. Schmiege, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
2family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
