SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Annette Louise Brogan of McHenry, who 
4passed away on October 22, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Annette Brogan was born on August 16, 1934 in 
6Chicago; her parents were Frank and Winifred (nee Sternola) 
7DiLeonardo; she married William Brogan on October 6, 1956; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Annette Brogan worked in the hospitality industry 
9in and around McHenry County; she was also well known as a 
10wonderful cook and homemaker; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Annette Brogan enjoyed reading her Bible and 
12attending Bible studies; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Annette Brogan was preceded in death by her 
14parents and her husband; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Annette Brogan is survived by her sons, William 
16(Deborah) Brogan and Francesca (Michael) Brogan; her 
17grandchildren, Sean (Kelly), Shanna, and Caitlin Brogan; and 
18her sisters, Marie (Christopher) Hickey and Lorraine 
19DiLeonardo; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
3family and friends, mourn the passing of Annette Louise Brogan; 
4and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Annette Brogan as an expression of 
7our sympathy.
