| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Tabria Sharae Pareese Jarmon of Chicago, |
| 4 | | who passed away on October 6, 2013; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Tabria Jarmon was born on January 10, 1995 to |
| 6 | | Norma Jarmon Williams and Kurt Sharkey; she attended Youth |
| 7 | | Charter Connection High School and planned to attend college |
| 8 | | for mortuary science; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Tabria Jarmon was a member of the Lord at St. |
| 10 | | James Church of God in Christ, where she was part of the |
| 11 | | children's ministry, dance team, and youth choir; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Tabria Jarmon was known as "Tinygirl", "Lil |
| 13 | | Momma", and "Fancy Bria"; she enjoyed fashion, dancing, |
| 14 | | singing, and talking on the phone; she was an avid fan of Hello |
| 15 | | Kitty and all things pink and white; her joy was her baby Chase |
| 16 | | "Tunaman", who she posted about daily on social media; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Tabria Jarmon was preceded in death by her |
| 18 | | grandparents, Wilbert and Fannie Jarmon and Lily Bell Sharkey; |
| 19 | | her uncles, Ted Deymien Rae and Windell Carl Jarmon; and her |
| 20 | | aunt, Kawanath Yvonne Jarmon; and
