| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Michael Robert "Mickey" Pavelick of |
| 4 | | Waukegan, who passed away on October 5, 2013; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Michael Pavelick was born in Waukegan on September |
| 6 | | 6, 1958 to Ethel "Bunny" and Edward "Butch" Pavelick; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Michael Pavelick was preceded in death by is |
| 8 | | father, Edward, and his niece, Megan Pavelick; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Michael Pavelick is survived by his mother, Ethal; |
| 10 | | his brothers, Marc (Debbie), Jim (Liz), and Jack; his niece, |
| 11 | | Molly; his aunts, Aggie and JoAnne; his uncles, John and Bob; |
| 12 | | and his cousins, Robert, John, Nancy, and Joe; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 | | Michael Robert "Mickey" Pavelick, and extend our sincere |
| 16 | | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved |
| 17 | | him; and be it further
