8 | | the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War; and

9 | | WHEREAS, James Dolan, Sr. was employed with the Chicago |
10 | | Police Department from 1958 to 1992; and

11 | | WHEREAS, James Dolan, Sr. was the beloved husband of Helen |
12 | | (nee Kolegas) for 58 years; the proud father of Jeanne (Mark) |
13 | | Grohovena, Jim Jr. (Anne), Janet (Dolly), Martin, Mary (Dave) |
14 | | Howicz, and Christine Atkins; the cherished grandfather of |
15 | | James III (Lauren) Dolan, Emily (Brian) Whalen, Andrew, |
16 | | Nicholas, and Sean Dolan, Garret and Elena Howicz, and John |
17 | | Robert Atkins; the great-grandfather of Eleanor, James Robert |
18 | | Dolan IV, and Luke Whalen; the dear brother of Peggy (Phil) |
