SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Darlene J. Pace of Barrington, who passed 
4away on May 2, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Darlene Pace was born on December 31, 1961 in 
6Johnsburg; she married Robert Pace on August 20, 1988 at St. 
7John the Baptist in Johnsburg; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Darlene Pace will be fondly remembered by all who 
9knew and loved her for her optimism, her pleasant persistence, 
10and her great sense of humor; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Darlene Pace enjoyed quilting and finding the 
12perfect seashells on Marco Beach; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Darlene Pace was preceded in death by her father, 
14Gene Hughes; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Darlene Pace is survived by her loving husband, 
16Robert Pace; 2 children, Kelsey and Alex; her mother, Dorothy 
17Hughes; and a brother, Andy (Debbie) Hughes; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her

1family and friends, mourn the passing of Darlene J. Pace; and 
2be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to the family of Darlene  Pace as an expression of our
