SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Stan Hoselton of Lexington; and
  
 
4    WHEREAS, Stan Hoselton was a 16-year McLean County Board 
5member; he represented District 1 in northeast McClean County 
6and was the Chairman of the McLean County Board's 
7Transportation Committee; and
  
 
  
8    WHEREAS, Stan Hoselton served as Mayor of Chenoa from 1983 
9to 1995 and was part of a group that helped establish the 
10Chenoa swimming pool; he was past-President of the McLean  
11County Mayors Association; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Stan Hoselton and his brothers, Ted and Ray, owned 
13and operated Union Roofing for many years; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Stan Hoselton was an outstanding public servant 
15and genuine person; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18Stan Hoselton, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
