| 3 | | learn of the death of Bertha L. Hough, who passed away on April |
| 4 | | 22, 2014; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bertha Hough was born on October 30, 1920 in |
| 6 | | Tofte, Minnesota; she was a resident of the Half Day-Prairie |
| 7 | | View area for most of her life; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Bertha Hough was a former member, deacon, and |
| 9 | | president of the Women's Fellowship at the Washburn |
| 10 | | Congregational Church in Half Day; she was also a member of the |
| 11 | | Vernon Township Seniors; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Bertha Hough was preceded in death by her parents, |
| 13 | | Wilhelm and Annie Lemm; her husband, Benjamin F. Hough, Sr.; |
| 14 | | and 8 brothers and sisters; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Bertha Hough is survived by 4 children, Nancy |
| 16 | | Foote (Stan Stubblefield), Benjamin Hough, Jr. (Lorene Blake), |
| 17 | | Pamela (Louis) Akins, and Richard Hough; 8 grandchildren, Joan, |
| 18 | | Julie, William, Shannon, Krista, Christine, Carol, and |
| 19 | | Matthew; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; |
| 20 | | and 2 sisters, Marian Prouty and Anna Mae Heinsohn; therefore, |
