| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of John Spinelli; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, John Spinelli was the husband of Linda (nee Jung); |
| 5 | | the loving father of Anthony (Noelle) and Nicholas; the dear |
| 6 | | brother of Tina Marie, Carmine (Tony) Rodriguez, and the late |
| 7 | | Phillip (Jan); the "big brother" of Frank (Karla) Fox; and the |
| 8 | | fond uncle and friend of many; therefore, be it

| 9 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL |
| 10 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 11 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of John Spinelli; and be |
| 12 | | it further

| 13 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
