| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Rose Schulze Boam, who passed away on |
| 4 | | July 17, 2014; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Rose Schulze Boam was born on August 17, 1913 in |
| 6 | | Chicago; she was the youngest of the 3 daughters of Magdeline |
| 7 | | (nee Tereszkiw) and Theodore Szpak; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Rose Schulze Boam was preceded in death by her |
| 9 | | parents; 2 sisters, Anna and Natalia; her first husband, |
| 10 | | Wilbert Schulze, Sr.; and her second husband, William Boam; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Rose Schulze Boam is survived by 2 children, Will |
| 12 | | (Ingrid) Schulze and Sharon (Paul) Christenson; 3 grandsons, |
| 13 | | Daniel Schulze, Ronald (Audrey) Schulze, and Roger (Candace) |
| 14 | | Christenson; 6 great-grandchildren, Heather Schulze, Brandon |
| 15 | | Schulze, Ryan Schulze, Alec Schulze, Gavin Christenson, and |
| 16 | | Talon Christenson; and 4 nieces and nephews, Carol Quane, |
| 17 | | Eileen (George) Ohanian, Russ Stecyk, and Dave (Rose) Stecyk; |
