SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Karl G. Ambroz, M.D.; and
  
 
4    WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz was born on January 1, 1966 in 
5Elgin; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz graduated from Belvidere High 
7School, the University of Illinois, and the University of 
8Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz served as an emergency room doctor 
10at Presence Resurrection Medical Center, where he was 
11well-regarded by many residents and patients; and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, Dr. Karl Ambroz was the devoted husband of Clare 
13Mitchell for 22 years; he was the incredible father of Ryan, 
14Sean, and Logan; the wonderful son of Karl and Marylee; and the 
15best friend and brother of Dr. Karla Ambroz; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
18family and friends, mourn the passing of Karl G. Ambroz, M.D.; 
19and be it further
