SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Cathleen Ann (nee Wittevrongel) Hall of 
4Woodstock, who passed away on September 19, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Cathleen Hall was born in Moline on December 4, 
61940 to Catherine Aurelia Kinney Wittevrongel  and Marcel 
7Wittevrongel; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Cathleen Hall taught in the Arlington Heights 
9School District for 37 years; and
  
 
  
10    WHEREAS, Cathleen Hall was preceded in death by her mother, 
11Catherine Aurelia Kinney Wittevrongel Stevenson; her father, 
12Marcel Wittevrongel; and her nephew, Matthew Allen Johnson; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Cathleen Hall is survived by her husband, James E. 
14Hall; daughters, Mary Kay Sisson and Ann Marie Buch; 
15sons-in-law, Derek Sisson and Jason Buch; 3 grandchildren, Ryan 
16Buch, Payton Buch, and Adia Sisson; and her 3 siblings and 
17their partners, Shelley Wittevrongel (David Phillips), Jim 
18Wittevrongel (Emily), and Beth Johnson (Pam Newberg); 
19therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Cathleen Ann Hall, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it

5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to  the family of  Cathleen Hall as an expression of 
7our deepest sympathy.
