SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Harry Michalski of Oak Park, who passed 
4away on May 20, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Harry Michalski was born on July 5, 1926; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Harry Michalski served his country as a member of 
7the United States Navy; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Harry Michalski was employed at Signode/ITW as a 
9tool and die maker and computer systems analyst; and

  
 
10    WHEREAS, Harry Michalski is survived by his wife of 65 
11years, Pat; 6 children, Cathy, Jim (Gina), Larry (JoAnne), 
12Cindy (Phil), Carole (Mike), and Tom (Lisa); 10 grandchildren, 
13Jenny (Dan), Brian, Eric (Marissa), Patrick, Maura, Max, Kevin, 
14Henry, Maddie, and Piper; a great-grandchild, Aviva; a brother; 
15and many nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
18family and friends, mourn the passing of Harry Michalski; and 
19be it further
