| 3 | | learn of the death of Richard A. Cope, Jr. of Elgin and Wonder |
| 4 | | Lake, who passed away on November 3, 2014; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Richard Cope, Jr. was born on November 18, 1939 to |
| 6 | | Richard, Sr. and Helen Cope; he served in the United States |
| 7 | | Navy; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Richard Cope, Jr. was a founding partner of Parr |
| 9 | | Electric, Inc. for over 30 years, retiring in 2001; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Richard Cope, Jr. was preceded in death by his |
| 11 | | parents; his infant son, Jeffrey Alan; his wife, Mary Lou Cope |
| 12 | | (nee Miller); his grandson, Kwinn Mulholland; and his |
| 13 | | step-grandson, Nick Nowotnik; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Richard Cope, Jr. is survived by his wife of 20 |
| 15 | | years, Carol; his daughters, Joy (Jay) Mulholland, Julie |
| 16 | | Scoggins, and Janet (Arnold) Moeller; his step-daughter, Anna |
| 17 | | Ramza; his step-sons, John (Stephanie) Ramza, Robert (Jill) |
| 18 | | Ramza, and Steve (Karyn) Ramza; his brother, Jay (Jane) Cope; |
| 19 | | his sister, Terry Cope; and many loving grandchildren, nieces, |
| 20 | | nephews, and extended family; therefore, be it
