SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Bernard Lerner; and
  
 
4    WHEREAS, Bernard Lerner was a proud veteran of the United 
5States Air Force; he served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam; and
  
 


  
6    WHEREAS, Bernard Lerner was the beloved husband of Roberta 
7(nee Pichinson); the loving father of Adam (Ellen) Lerner; the 
8proud grandfather of Josh and Samantha; the dear brother of 
9Stan (Nicole) Lerner and Barbara (Michael) Freeman; the 
10cherished son of the late Harry and the late Anne Lerner; the 
11fond brother-in-law of Sheryl (Alan) Burnstein and Martin 
12(Lauri) Pichinson; the wonderful relative of Steve (Geri) 
13Winter, Beth (Kevin) Roth, Hope, Harry, Sammy, Abbey, Hailey, 
14Max and Sydney Lerner, Brad (Ivy) Freeman, Courtney (Steve) 
15Novakowsky, Dana Freeman, Doug (Madison) Winter, Brett 
16(Christina) Winter, Danny Kostas, Sarah (Len) Ricciardi, 
17Michelle Bernstein, Sean Pichinson, Josh Pichinson, Morgan 
18Pichinson, Aarona (Dhruva) Ganesan, and the late Abe (the late 
19Shirley) Winter; therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL 
21ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
22Bernard Lerner, and extend our sincere condolences to his
