| 4 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, AT THE THIRD SPECIAL SESSION |
| 5 | | THEREOF, that the Secretary inform the House of Representatives |
| 6 | | that a majority of the members of the Senate has assembled, |
| 7 | | pursuant to the proclamation of the President of the Senate and |
| 8 | | the Speaker of the House, convening a Third Special Session of |
| 9 | | the General Assembly, and are now ready for the transaction of |
