Synopsis As Introduced Provides that the Director of Central Management Services shall create the Bureau of Administrative Hearings within the Department of Central Management Services. Provides that the Bureau shall exist from the effective date of the Executive Order until June 30, 2017 unless that period is extended. Provides that the Bureau shall invite State agencies to participate in an administrative hearing support program. Contains provisions regarding: the number of invitations; the appointment of a Bureau Chief; the functions of the Bureau; the elements of the administrative hearing support program; the duties of participating State agencies; meetings, reports, and recommendations; severability; savings; prior executive orders; and other matters. Effective immediately.
