| 1 | AN ACT concerning pie.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by adding | ||||||
| 5 | Section 100 as follows: | ||||||
| 6 | (5 ILCS 460/100 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 100. State pie. Pumpkin pie is designated the official | ||||||
| 8 | State pie of the State of Illinois.
