| 6 | | health provider may be considered unprofessional conduct. |
| 7 | | Mental health providers found to have engaged in a sexual |
| 8 | | orientation change effort on a patient under the age of 18 may |
| 9 | | be subject to discipline by the licensing entity or |
| 10 | | disciplinary review board with competent jurisdiction.".
