| 7 | | by replacing lines 2 through 13 on page 7 with the following:

| 8 | | "Section 40. Health care coverage. This Act does not affect |
| 9 | | any mandatory health care coverage for participation in |
| 10 | | clinical trials under the Illinois Insurance Code.".
