| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 5-2.1a as follows:

law, the Department of Healthcare and |

| 10 | | trusts and similar legal instruments or devices established by |
| 11 | | a person in the
Illinois Department's determination of the |
| 12 | | person's eligibility for and the
amount of assistance provided |
| 13 | | under this Article.
