| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 19 as follows:
|

Owners or official custodians of public water |
| 8 | | supplies shall
submit such samples of water for analysis and

| 9 | | and such reports of operation
pertaining to the sanitary |
| 10 | | quality, mineral quality, or adequacy of such
supplies as may |
| 11 | | be requested by the Agency. Such samples and reports shall
be |
| 12 | | submitted within 15 days after demand by the Agency. |
