1    AN ACT concerning courts.

 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly: 

 
4    Section 5. The Circuit Courts Act is amended by changing 
5Section 25 as follows:

The
The several circuit courts in this state may

judgments, orders and injunctions, and shall issue 
9all such processes as
may be necessary or proper to carry into
