| 4 | | Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 4.26a as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 4.26a. Act repealed on December 31, 2016. The |
| 8 | | following Act is repealed on December 31, 2016: |
| 9 | | The Medical Practice Act of 1987.

| 11 | | Section 10. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by |
| 12 | | repealing Section 4.25a.

| 13 | | Section 15. The Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and |

Development Law of 1997 is amended by changing |
| 15 | | Section 6-7 as follows:

| 16 | | (20 ILCS 687/6-7)

| 17 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 12, 2015)
|
| 18 | | Sec. 6-7. Repeal. The provisions of this Law are repealed |
| 19 | | on December 31 12, 2020 2015.
