| 12 | | assumed bearing of S. 87° 43' 18" E, a distance of 30.00 feet, |

| 11 | | Section 10. Conveyance. (a) Upon the payment of the sum of |
| 12 | | $1 to the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set |
| 13 | | forth in subsection (b), the Director of Agriculture, on behalf |
| 14 | | of the State of Illinois and the Department of Agriculture, |
| 15 | | must convey by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest of |
| 16 | | the State of Illinois and the Department of Agriculture in and |
| 17 | | to the real property described in Section 5 to Kaskaskia |
| 18 | | College. |
| 19 | | (b) The quitclaim deed to Kaskaskia College shall state on |
| 20 | | its face and be subject to the conditions that the real |
| 21 | | property shall be used by Kaskaskia College for educational |
| 22 | | purposes and that if Kaskaskia College ceases to exist or if |
| 23 | | the real property is used for any purposes other than |
| 24 | | educational purposes, then title shall revert without further |
| 25 | | action to the State of Illinois.

| 1 | | Section 15. Recording. The Director of Agriculture shall |
| 2 | | prepare one or more quitclaim deeds to convey the real |
| 3 | | property. The Director may also record a certified copy of this |
| 4 | | Act. Each quitclaim deed shall reference this Act and contain |
| 5 | | the reversionary language from subsection (b) of Section 10. |
| 6 | | All documents of conveyance must be recorded in the county in |
| 7 | | which the land is located.

| 8 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 9 | | becoming law.".
