| 7 | | Sec. 2-3.163. School bus safety decal program. The State |
| 8 | | Board of Education shall establish a school bus safety decal |
| 9 | | program in consultation with the Department of State Police, |
| 10 | | the Department of Transportation, and a school transportation |
| 11 | | association. Under the program, the State Board shall have "no |
| 12 | | trespassing" decals produced that may be placed on school |
| 13 | | buses. The decals shall state the relevant law concerning |
| 14 | | criminal trespass to vehicles and its prosecution and |
| 15 | | punishment and shall be made available to those school |
| 16 | | districts that request them. The State Board of Education may |
