| 4 | | "Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 9.34 as follows:

| 6 | | (110 ILCS 205/9.34 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 9.34. Clery Act reports. On or before November 1 of |
| 8 | | each year, the Board shall organize all reports produced by |
| 9 | | public universities under the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure |
| 10 | | of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, post |
| 11 | | the reports in an accessible way on the Board's Internet |
| 12 | | website, and make the reports available for print.

| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.".
