AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2462 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2462, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, as follows:


 
5on page 4, line 17, after "resident", by inserting "or 
6roommate"; and
 
7on page 4, line 21, after "resident", by inserting "or 
8roommate"; and
 
9on page 10, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following: 
10"prescribed such a form by that date, the Office of the 
11Attorney General shall post a notification and consent form on 
12its website for resident use until the Department has 
13prescribed"; and
 
14by replacing line 24 on page 12 through line 1 on page 13 with

1the following:
 
2    "(d) It is not a violation of this Section if a person or 
3facility turns off the electronic monitoring device or blocks 
4the visual recording component of the electronic monitoring 
5device at the direction of the resident or the person who
