2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The Business Enterprise for Minorities, |
5 | | Females, and Persons with
Disabilities Act is amended by |
6 | | changing Section 8c as follows:

9 | | Sec. 8c.
Recommended rules and
and regulations for the |
10 | | establishment and
continuation of narrowly tailored sheltered |
11 | | markets under Section 8b shall
be approved by the Council prior |
12 | | to
submission by the Department of Central Management Services |
13 | | to the Joint
Committee on Administrative Rules. These rules |
14 | | shall include but not be
limited to agency goals, waivers and |
15 | | procedures for use of sheltered markets. |
