| 4 | | Section 5. The Business Enterprise for Minorities, |

Disabilities Act is amended by |

Recommended rules and

Committee on Administrative Rules. These rules |

limited to agency goals, waivers and |
| 15 | | procedures for use of sheltered markets. |
