Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board:

Payable from the Traffic and Criminal
Conviction Surcharge Fund:

For State Contributions to State
Employees' Retirement System.................... 917,900
For State Contributions to
Social Security................................. 155,800
For Group Insurance.............................. 551,800

in accordance with statutory

Payable from the Law Enforcement Camera
Grant Fund:
For grants to units of
local government in Illinois
related to installing video cameras
in law enforcement vehicles and
training law enforcement officers
in the operation of the cameras in

Section 5. The following named amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, is appropriated to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board as follows:

For payment of and/or reimbursement
of training and training services

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
