| 5 | | by replacing everything from line 25 on page 5 through line 3 |
| 6 | | on page 6 with the following: |
| 7 | | "under subtitle A of the Internal Revenue Code."; and

| 8 | | on page 28, immediately below line 23, by inserting the |

| 10 | | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
