| 4 | on page 3, line 25, by changing "Indians" to "State-recognized | ||||||
| 5 | tribes"; and | ||||||
| 6 | on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 9 the following: | ||||||
| 7 | "(c) State agencies may adopt rules regarding benefits and | ||||||
| 8 | services available to State-recognized tribes.".
