| 5 | | on page 11, line 4, after "shall", by inserting "by rule"; and

| 6 | | on page 11, line 10, after "program.", by inserting "The |
| 7 | | Department may contract with third parties to implement the |
| 8 | | pilot program in whole or in part."; and
|
| 9 | | on page 11, line 12, after "use", by inserting "unless the |
| 10 | | prescriber indicates orally, in writing, or electronically |
| 11 | | that a medicine locking closure package shall not be used"; and
|
| 12 | | on page 11, lines 24 and 25, by replacing "9, 9.5, and 11" with |
| 13 | | "9 and 9.5".
