|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 8.32 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (30 ILCS 105/8.32) (from Ch. 127, par. 144.32)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 8.32.
All moneys received by the the Minority and |
| 8 | | Female
Business Enterprise Council, or by the Department of |
| 9 | | Central
Management Services on behalf of the Council or the |
| 10 | | Department's
Minority and Female Business Enterprise Division, |
| 11 | | from grants,
donations, seminar registration fees, and the sale |
| 12 | | of directories,
lists and other such information, shall be |
| 13 | | deposited into the
Minority and Female Business Enterprise Fund |
| 14 | | in the State treasury.
Expenses of the Council or the |
| 15 | | Department's Minority and Female
Business Enterprise Division |
| 16 | | may be paid from this Fund.
