| 6 | | on page 1, immediately below line 18, by inserting the |
| 7 | | following: |
| 8 | | "(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this Section, any |
| 9 | | severance package approved by the board for an employee of the |
| 10 | | community college district after the effective date of this |
| 11 | | amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly is limited to one |
| 12 | | year of salary and one year of
benefits for that employee.".
