2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3323 as follows:


 
3on page 4, immediately below line 6, by inserting the 
4following:
               
5    "The requirements of this Section do not apply to an 
6individual licensed under the Professional Engineering 
7Practice Act of 1989 or the Structural Engineering Act of 
81989."; and


 
9on page 7, immediately below line 4, by inserting the 
10following:
               
11    "The requirements of this Section do not apply to an 
12individual licensed under the Professional Engineering 
13Practice Act of 1989 or the Structural Engineering Act of 
141989.".
