AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3512 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3512 on page 3, by 
3replacing lines 13 through 19 with the following:


 
4    "(10) "Income-withholding order" means an order or other 
5legal
process directed to an obligor's employer or other 
6debtor, as
defined by the Income Withholding for Support Act 
7Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act, the

8Non-Support of Spouse and Children Act, the Non-Support 
9Punishment Act
 the Illinois Public Aid Code, and the Illinois 
10Parentage Act of 1984, to
withhold support from the income of 
11the obligor."; and
 
12on page 5, line 20, after "record", by inserting "or file"; and
 
13on page 12, line 23, by changing "support" to "child-support
