3on page 1, line 7, by replacing "assistance" with "assistant"; 
4and
 
5on page 1, line 8, after "year", by inserting "through the 
62020-2021 academic year"; and
 
7on page 1, line 13, after "is", by inserting "a resident of 
8this State and"; and
 
9on page 1, line 16, by replacing "an institution" with "a 
10public community college in this State"; and
 
11on page 1, lines 17 and 18, by deleting "in the Roseland 
12Community Medical District"; and

1on page 2, line 5, after "enrolled", by inserting ", except 
2that no recipient may receive more than $5,000 in a single
