AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3704 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3704 on page 1, line 
321, by deleting "or"; and
 
4on page 1, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:
 
5        "(2) a copy of an individualized education program plan 
6    for the prospective juror who participates in a special 
7    education program or receives transition or supported 
8    employment services under Article 14 of the School Code, 
9    submitted by the prospective juror or his or her legal 
10    guardian; or
11        (3) a copy of a court order for guardianship showing 
12    that the juror has been adjudged totally without capacity 
13    and a plenary guardian has been appointed."; and
 
14on page 2, by deleting line 1; and

1on page 2, line 13, after "juror.", by inserting the following:
 
2""Total and permanent disability" does not include an 
3impairment or disease that is transitory or minor in nature or 
4is capable of being improved."; and
 
5on page 3, line 8, by deleting "or"; and
 
6on page 3, by replacing lines 9 through 11 with the following:
