| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3761 on page 3, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 22 through 25 with the following: |
| 4 | | "(i) "Crib bumper pad" means any padding material, |
| 5 | | including, but not limited to, a roll of stuffed fabric, that |
| 6 | | is designed for placement within a crib to cushion one or more |
| 7 | | of the crib's inner sides adjacent to the crib mattress. "Crib |
| 8 | | bumper pad" does not include mesh liners."; and

| 9 | | on page 7, below line 6, by inserting the following:

| 10 | | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on |
| 11 | | January 1, 2018.".
